Judging from this photo, the new management team at Bali's Hard Rock Beach Club is wet behind the ears. However, they say they're getting much work done for the 1998 opening. The executive team, from left, includes Joachim Schutte, food and beverage director; Harry St. Ange, assistant F&B director; Joseph Zitnik, general manager; an unidentified "babe"; and Marc Hediger, senior vice president for Hard Rock Hotels & Resorts. Zitnik previously was GM at Banyan Tree Kamandalu Bali.
