Anyone planning to overnight next to Macau International Airport will have to wait a few months longer. The 21-floor, 320-room China Hotel, which will be linked to the terminal by an air bridge, was to have opened its doors this month. However, construction glitches and other unforeseen hold-ups are slowing the project down, and a soft opening is not expected until mid-1999.
