Eight weeks from the first day of the voting round.

  4. When do I have to vote?
The deadline for returning your voting ballot form is 28 February 2010.

  5. How can I be sure that readers have not voted twice?
It is paramount that the integrity of the awards process is maintained at all times. To ensure that readers cannot vote more then once, each person has been assigned with a personal unique identification number printed on the front of their voting ballot form, which is required in order to vote. Once the voting round has concluded, an independent auditor will be appointed to verify all votes to prevent the occurrence of double voting.
